With due respect, i am to inform you that, i am a retired and old age person and my wife smt. Sikha halder is also a retired and female old age, we are both customers of your good bank and my wife's savings bank account no. [protected], customer id[protected] & debit card no. [protected]. My wife's savings bank account is joint account with my daughter which name is miss koyena halder, who is now student of ms ramaiah college at bangalore suddenly, i have got a message on 22.09.2017 by sms in my mobile that “hello your a/c no. 22219532 has been debited by rs.20000 on 22.09.2017”. But i know and confirm to say you that said amount not drawn by me and i have not participated or authorized the cheque to any person to draw of above transaction. The atm card was in my possession at all times and cash not dispensed in atm, but i sorry to say you that i have got a message by sms in my mobile. Now, i am requesting you please resolve the aforesaid dispute amount and also requesting you please inform me by sms or e-mail (I. E, [protected]@gmail.com) to progress your good service. I hope you will solve the problem at earliest.
