[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Withdrawal atm /payment debit my account but cash not Recieved

Dear sir, My Name is D.Vijayan, My account no is A/c [protected] in Thiruvanmiyur Branch Chennai, Two days before ( 23/12/2014 ) i was going to want the withdrawals the amt in nearest TMB atm in ECR Kottivakkam at night 10.29 pm that amt is Rs 4500/- at the time only comes debit message but money not comes, at the time i had to give the complaint in their atm customer care, within 2 hours that Amount Credit in my Account, But next day ( 24/12/2014 ) that same amount (Rs, 4500/- ) debit my account without my knowledge, so kindly chek the atm account and Credit the amount in my Account. Pls d the need full .
