[Resolved] Axis Bank — worst approach to customer | |||
In yadgir manager and opertion head both person addtiude towrads us is like un pertictable they feel that they no need of od and ca holder in there bank In notice board they have mentioned working hours 9.30 to 4.30 But they are not starting before 10 clock and stop accepting deposit before 3.30 Today this incident happen. When i disscus with mr niranjan patil ([protected]) about the issue four times but i have not recevied respone from yagdir branch head. 9 Was this information helpful? | |||

Whenever I call axis bank customer support I had a very bad experience. They don't listen to their customer, they don't value their customer and literally disconnects the call without even providing complete details. I have a Salary account with this bank, I do have personal loan with them too and wish I could just get rid of this bank.
