Axis Bank — Worst service and not loyal with their words | |||
I sayeed ahmed, running a small business of computer selling and servicing. Its been almost 15 days that i have filled and submit document for opening a current account in axis bank of govandi branch. There is one guy called Asif, promise me to open my account in 5 working days. After one week when I asked about delay, he told that it is march ending, that is why its delay. After 15 days when I try to call him, he just ignore my call so I called him from landline number and then he told that his senior will come to my place for verification and then only he will decide that i am eligible or not for the account. When I went to get return back my documents as I dont want to open account in their branch for worst service, he given me excuses that my documents is in other branch and it will take 1 or 2 days to get my documents back. At last want to tell worst than worst service of axis bank. Was this information helpful? | |||
