I would like to raise a complaint against the non response of loan centre representative for the confirmation on the document sent
i was looking for a personal loan of 3 lakhs and called the tele-caller named Tania ([protected]) she informed the documents required as pan card, adhar card, sale deed, bank statement, salary slip and a photo. the next day she called and informed that sale deed cannot be considered as address proof. either gas book copy or gas bill copy is required. even though we sent the photo two three times the same was not clear and cannot be processed. if the documents are not proper then i requested to return my documents back.
on Saturday i called her again and asked for the confirmation when can she sent the documents back. she confirmed that the same will be sent ASAP.
at around 3 pm ist another person from axis bank ([protected]) called and told that my loan is already in processing status and if i say i dont need the loan due to the bad service of tele-caller tania, even though the mistake is at her side my cibil score will get affected.
Not sure if this is a particular rule at axis bank only where the telecallers are not provided with proper details and due to their mis communication if a customer feels fed up and reject the loan the customers cibil score getting affected. hearing this kind of rule for the first time where customer is being affected for the mistake and bad response of telecallers.
i then asked the proper documents and gave gas bill and gas book and marriage certificate to Mr Rajesh, Sakar nagar branch ([protected]) on sunday.
From monday i am trying to call the loan centre representative around 20 calls from my side and 10 or more messages. no reply at all. not even confirming if my documents are received at least.
may be this is the rule of axis bank that no need to respond to the customers properly. but from the last three four days i would have to say i had a worst experience from the axix bank loan section. i would make sure this worst response is being shared with who ever i know and would inform them not to take any banking service with axis bank Was this information helpful? |
