This is something very disappointing i raised a dd request from internet
Banking with "at branch" option. On request dd page its clearly shown for
Courier it will take 6-7 working days but for "at branch" nothing is mentioned.
So i think it will something raise request and visit branch and collect dd.
After successful request amount deducted from my account and i got message with
Reference number and where its written please visit branch and show this number
With id proof and collect your dd.
I do same, i visit branch and ask from dd
But bank presenter says i don't have any information, please talk with customer
Care. I called customer care immediately and tell them everything. They says it
Will take 2 working days.
Now in all requesting process, i was never informed
It will take 2 days to process this request.
I tell customer care, i need this
Dd on urgent basis please let me know any other workaround rather then accepting
His fault he just blaming me that i should call customer care before doing
Request.
Why? If i need to confirm every-time why should i am using internet
Banking.
This represent very low quality service i ever had. Till then axis was
A good banking solution for me, now i will soon close my account and shift to
Ome another banking service.
