Axis Bank — worst service to customer. never give priority to an emergency. | |||
Via netbanking i transferred 59500 to my credit card. It got failed and came to home page thrown error. Then i tried to initiate again the payment 59500. Till that i did not receive any debited message. Then payment got successful. 2 times 59500 is been debited from my account. Errored failed transaction they have debited. Let it be it's common. But right from day before day night i am calling customer care to take immediate action to revert my amount. If 1000 of 2000 that's fine i can wait for 7 working days it's 60000, i am in hospital for an operation for that i was having 60000. How will i pay bill? Will axis bank spk with doctor.. Senseless. Emergency customers need to resolved first. Called more than 4 times. Reply is wait for 7 working days, in hospital? #. Worst service ever. I need my money back and i decided to close my both credit card account and debit account. Even will never recommend others for axis bank. I was thinking u have good service it's worst i realised.
