Axis Bank — Written off status has been updated without prior intimation.

Written off status has been updated towards my credit card.I have paid all my debts and cibil masking amount and the written off status has been removed from cibil on 30-oct-2015...Again AXiS bank has reported written off status towards my credit card on 30-Nov-2015 without prior notification or intimation...Why written status has been reported?????what is the purpose of raising query and removing it???I'm very much frustrated on this matter towards Axis bank..I need immediate resolution on this matter.card is no longer active..When I call customer care they are saying that there is no outstanding payment..without my knowledge how come Axis bank can report??????As per rules bank has to report to cibil if there is no response from customer for 6 months...I need 50lakhs from Axis bank as a penalty and frustration.
