[Resolved] Axis Bank — wrong address entry in a policy | |||
Sir, Your agent had made a max life assured wealth plan, policy no[protected]. But i am yet to receive the policy kit. On contacting her over the phone she shows aggressive attitude. On reviewing all the mail i found that she deliberately put wrong address, that's why it was not delivered to me. She indulges me tp go to the consumer forum if i can. At this point i made my decision to sever all relationship with axis bank unless stern action is taken against her for such type of lackadaisical attitude.
