Sorry to write an email but I am not satisfied with the services provided by the bank, I am customer of your bank since long and I am astonished to see wrong report shared by your reputed bank to CIBIL Forum, which is really affecting my Credit score negatively and I was not even aware about the same. I am using your Bank credit Card since long with last digits 3109, one day two years back I have received another card of Axis bank with same limit (Merged) and even customer care executive didn't tell me about the merged limit they told me that I will receive a card with individual limit itself. After received card in 2022 I was shocked to see that the card limit was merged, and 2800 charges imposed on me without even a single benefit of the same. At the same time of receiving I reported same to the bank and customer care executive confirmed me that I can report this card and it will not reflect in my CIBIL report. But now I see that it is really impacting my CIBIL.
Despite the fact that I was not responsible for the same and your executive confirmed me that it will not reflect in my CIBIL, it is negatively showing written off. Even In the month of September I got limit increased of my credit card from 50k to 1 lac 40 thousand. I would like to request you that kindly update my correct credit report and remove my wrong credit information from the CIBIL portal because I am your customer since long, even you can check that i never missed any credit card payment. I humble request you resolve the same on priority otherwise I will take a legal action because I am mentally disturbed to see such a negative account in CIBIL report and as I can see it is reflecting since 2022 its a kind of harassment. Please do the needful and take it like an urgent matter.
