[Resolved] Axis Bank — wrong penalties are charged | |||
I am ranjit vijaykumar yadav. I have an current account with axis bank. Current account number [protected]. I had requested the branch to close this account. I fully paid the fine on date 13 october 2017. After paying this amount they gave me acknowledgment of receipt. All the documents and checks of this account were taken. All the documents and checks in the account were torn in front of me. Bank employees closed my account. After that i would not have to pay any penalty. So he told me. But in a few days, i received a message from the bank.in that message, the penalty is rs. 26148. And this is increasing day by day. I am having a lot of mental pain The branch officer, however, has been giving an idea of the situation but he ignoring it. Your account will be closed in march. It's being told.
