[Resolved] Axis Bank — Wrong service due to ego between branch employees | |||
Dear team, It is Highly disappointing that, the way of approach towards the customer for change request from salary account to savings account. Because of the POOR ATTITUDE & EGO I was shuttled between Ramapuram branch Operations Head Mr. Raghuram (+[protected]) & other branches. Ramapuram Branch employees are highly irresponsible & They are replying to customer(me), they can not check Emails. If you are NOT willing to read E mails, than How can you process the request made from other branches?? With this kind of poor attitude peoples, I am interested to continue this Account & I Feel that AXIS bank in Ever Worst Service Provider among the Banks in the World. Account was Locked & Requested to release the lock.The Change was initiated in Tirunelveli branch & I was directed to come to CHENNAI (700 km away from Tirulnelvlei) by Ramapuram branch Employees & Operations Manager. They also very clear that the change can be done in 2 minutes of time, if we receive the request.The request was initiated 3 days back.. Still Waiting..Very Very Worst Service.. I would like to remind you that PM is asking us to GO forward with Digital India & You are asking customers to travel 700 km for simple change (With this change bank also will be benefited- Minimum Balance is 10, 000) Was this information helpful? | |||
