Again axis bank customer care team extending the days to resolve on this case. They are wrongly cancelled my card due to technical glitz at their end. Why I need to suffer for their product defect. I need an compensation on this case Rs 95000 as same as credit card limit for one month which I have got from axis bank because due to wrongly blocked by axis bank end without any prior intimation at all, and all my plans for my family function ruined due to this.
Which I have already planned to use with my credit card but unfortunately they have cancelled now I am suffering lot due to this issue and my family suffered due to mine.
So kindly take this case in urgent bases and help us to rectify this issue for customer welfare. Hope you understand my situation expecting a solution on this thank you.

Updated by sendhilsugu As per phone conversation you requested 2 days for the resolution but now i have not received either any call nor complaint wasn't resolved.
It was already 34 days gone what you guys (Axis Bank) are doing last these many days to solve one complaint? sure i need an compensation on this case. Please note (Consumer Complaint Team) which they have not fulfilled the customer requirement as per mentioned days and this issue is not from my end due to product defect in Axis bank i am facing this issue so they are the responsibility to provide compensation of Rs 95000.
In fact their customer support is not for the customer help purpose they are saving Axis bank from any legal issues like this and making customers fool.
I am sure i have mailed hardly 200 to 300 mails to them and every time they are giving replies like below:
Dear Mr. Kumar,
This is with reference to your email regarding the re-activation of the card.
Please be infomred that we have forwarded this case to the concern team and I request you to revert to us after 04 working days to know the status of this request.

Ans i have called the customer care lot of times and Axis bank not having toll free number they are charging for the customer support hardly i have spent Rs 400 to 600 for contact their customer support end but they are dead silent when i ask status of my case.
In any way they are not given any proper respond kindly look into this case Dear CONSUMER COMPLAINT TEAM you are the final hope

Updated by sendhilsugu And the NODAL officer of axis bank, PRINCIPAL NODAL officer of Axis bank also not given any replies especially RAKHI SETH NODAL OFFICER not given replies to mails which shows how irresponsible are they.
I had audio proof also which i have communicated with AXIS bank customer care and they are clearly mentioned that the issue is at AXIS bank end only due to technical problem my card was cancelled. If you want i will provide all the proofs. and Mail proof also i had.

I need an urgent resolution on this please look into this very serious already ts'e been 40 days are completed.
How negligence you guys are doing the work i need an solution today itself. Otherwise I will go for the legal panel for this case even with consumer complaint team as well not doing the work properly on this case Dear AXIS bank this is the last warning from my end do you got it.

Updated by sendhilsugu Dear public please note this how Axis bank works don't assure axis bank at all they are not resolve your case incase the error happen at their end.
They just leave our complaint simply just like that. They are not at all supportive for customers so please make sure before opening account at AXIS BANK purely the support team was not at all helpful.
I am gonna make extreme level complaint on my case if you face same situation like me if your case was not resolved please type your comments here we will make complaint against the axis bank.
Feel free to comment here if you face this kind of issue.
