[Resolved]  Axis Bank — wrongly transferred the amount and requesting to return the amount

I am l. Sam, having an current account at axis bank virugambakkam,
On 16 february 2019, transferred rs 20, 000/- wrongly transferred and the transaction detail is imps/p2a/[protected]/ [protected]bkid0005767, visited the bank and submitted a written complaints and keep following the branch staffs, but so far not received the amount. Please help us
