[Resolved]  Axisbank — Credit card issues

One day axis bank officer called me regarding upgradation of my existing credit card, i said ok.and i followed his instructions and did it.finally i got other creditcard whis is chargeble.bt i just want to upgrade it, idont want new one .i called coustamercare and I have given complaint of closing that one..they didn't do any thing and they have deducted from my bank account..actual annual chargers are 800, bt after one month they have deducted 2100. By adding their charges..and they are saying that 2000 amount is not reversible...i am feeling very bad for this.. without my concern how can they deduct amount from my account,
