[Resolved]  B. E. S. T. Undertaking — two times payment for same electricity bill

Two times payment done by me on same electricity bill which is closed because this bill tranfer to my name and previous bill name on builder the amount was 1330rs and consmer no was[protected] and this bill already cleared by aug 2019 and repeatedly paid on 27 aug 19 so pls refund my 1330 rs as soon as possible this payment done by amazon pay and sbi credit card pls take necessary action on this
