Rejected my claim by stating that there was no violence/snatching happened during the theft. It was stolen by an unknown person in a crowded area which they call as missing. Customer should be involved in any kind of fights to get the insurance claim. They are not listening any words from me. I had paid you the insurance premium. Instead of providing the assistance the aarvi insurance people said customer care executive don't have any authority and he/she cannot do any help. Customer need to mail them and wait for 10-15 days for a single reply.
