It has been more than 20 days that i am not able to get my phone back. I had submitted my apple iphone to b2x on 6th may, my new hand set has been received by b2x on 12th of may, i have transferred balance payment of rs 1238 on 16th may, original documents had been courired on 5th may received by your person on 6th may. I have been doing regular follow ups but every time your representative is confirming me wait for 48 hours, it has been 7 days that even after paying all your dues and providing all documents i have not yet got my handset back.

I request please look into this matter, else i have no option but to take consumer court help.
