My mobile phone was stolen in june' 17 and the claim got registered on july 7, 2017 with aarvi insurance brokers pvt. Ltd.
After a 6 months long marathon of documents submission, they approved the claim for rs. 8, 455/- in jan' 2018. Since then no payment is been received in my account despite of several follow ups with aarvi team. Everytime they promise for payment within next 15 days but the final day hasn't come till date since...

Rejected my claim by stating that there was no violence/snatching happened during the theft. It was stolen by an unknown person in a crowded area which they call as missing. Customer should be involved in any kind of fights to get the insurance claim. They are not listening any words from me. I had paid you the insurance premium.
