Babyoye.com — Account debited but order not placed | |||||
I tried to purchase a kriti maternity kurta with two layers and placed an order through paytm account on babyoye.com on apr 29, 2016. After that i got a message stating that some error occured and contact customer care. I checked with my paytm account and amount was deducted from my account and paid to babyoye. I mailed them to know the status of my in completion of order and called twice and waited in call above 30 mins to reach the babyoye representative, but call did not connect, need to wait for representative. Very pathetic service by babyoye phone and email customer care. I would like to know the status of order. If order is not placed, please initiate a refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||
