Hello dear sir madam I purchased some diaper of rupees 1095 from babyoye on16 the July 2016 and paid via Paytm wallet but some reason my wife not like product so I cancelled same day after 2hours and my order is cancelled and refund I selected manual refund itry so many time to Costomar care number for status but no one attend to call their I sent email also but still wating for reply it s almost past more then 6 days but no clue how to connect...

Refund not received even after a month

I placed a return request for a shirt purchased via order no. By864082. I had to literally request repeatedly for the pick up. Once it was picked up on june 17, 2016, i have still not received my refund. Customer care is never reachable. I have dropped several mails since last ten days. Order not being delivered and no response from customer care

Clothes ordered not delivered

Later tried contacting the customer care but no one picks up the call.. as well sent a mail to them to know the status of my order but no response..

Not refund my amount to my account

Received used/stained/damaged clothing

I placed an order for 3 sleepsuits - carter's on july 1st 2016. Order no by917629

Received the package today - july 11th 2016. 1 of the suits i received has stains in several places, it appears to have been washed (Several times), faded yet has a tag in place - mom and me tag. The other 2 suits which are in a new condition (As expected) have a carter's tag.

Amount debited - but no order

On may 22, 2016, i exited by the baby oye offer flat 50 % and i ordered few of my baby girl dresses, then i done payment through credit card. I have placed an order for two products of rs 770 on 2nd may 2016.The website got crashed at payments landing page. My amount has been debited and the order has not been captured by babyoye's site.

Hi team,

I tried to purchase a backpack - "ollington st. Collection: hard top school bag - honeybee" and placed an order through my credit card on babyoye.com on 30-mar-2016. On entering the card details and secure pin, a blank page was displayed. I checked with my bank and as per them rs. 529 was deducted from my card and paid to babyoye.

I mailed them twice to initiate the refund as the order did not go through...

Phoenix store manager attempted to cheat me with pricing
