Hello dear sir madam I purchased some diaper of rupees 1095 from babyoye on16 the July 2016 and paid via Paytm wallet but some reason my wife not like product so I cancelled same day after 2hours and my order is cancelled and refund I selected manual refund itry so many time to Costomar care number for status but no one attend to call their I sent email also but still wating for reply it s almost past more then 6 days but no clue how to connect babyoye .please can someone help me out for my money to get refund my order id of babyoye BY932980 my email imran.[protected]@gmail.com my mobile number[protected] my name imran sarvaiya thankyou

    I placed a return request for a shirt purchased via order no. By864082. I had to literally request repeatedly for the pick up. Once it was picked up on june 17, 2016, i have still not received my refund. Customer care is never reachable. I have dropped several mails since last ten days. Haven't received even a single response. I have never had such a bad experience from any online shopping website. Being a reputed group, never expected such service from such a company. Pls help to get my refund. I would never ever recommend anyone to shop here.

    The customer care was not responding to my several mails earlier.After complaining here, they responded within a few days, and they said my refund is under process.Now i have received it back.Thanks to this forum. But please dont buy anything from babyoye. Never had such a bad experience in online purchases.

      I have placed an order by924385 with babyoye on 7th jul 2016. The order has moved to approved status immediately but the order is not being delivered even though the delivery date in 9th jul 2016 as per the update on the order. There has been no response from the customer care either through an email or over a call. Kindly help me raise the issue with babyoye.

        I have placed an order on babyoye site (order no. by921365) on 5th july, 2016 and done the payment through debit card..
        Later tried contacting the customer care but no one picks up the call.. as well sent a mail to them to know the status of my order but no response..
        Even when i login on the site and go to track my orders, it shows no orders placed..

            Iam arshad. i order a product of denim pant with ribbed - light blue 5-6 yr. my ordey id by904851. i order it on june. i paid by online payment. i cancel my order before shipping. but my amount didnt refund to my account. its a great cheating. i request to immediately refund amount of 630 to my account.
            I complain many times to babyoye customer care. but no response and my money didnt refund by them. please solve my problem..

              I placed an order for 3 sleepsuits - carter's on july 1st 2016. Order no by917629

              Received the package today - july 11th 2016. 1 of the suits i received has stains in several places, it appears to have been washed (Several times), faded yet has a tag in place - mom and me tag. The other 2 suits which are in a new condition (As expected) have a carter's tag.

              I have been trying to contact the customer care but i just dont get connected. It's as though they are shut down. It is terribly unprofessional and equivalent to committing fraud. They need to be accountable.

              I've followed up by mail. No response till now.

              I would like a refund or an exchange with a "new" item.

                Hello

                Babyoye store at vadodara central square.

                There is lady named avni oza, manersless person.

                She dont know how to talk with customers

                She cheats customer by telling wrong information about offers.

                She missguide customers.

                She does missbehave with customers.

                Babyoye must not keep this kind of person at store as employee.

                I am very unsatisfied with my last shopping at store because of store manager behavioir and cheating.

                Very very very very bad service.

                Very bad experience.

                    I had ordered some apparel from BabyOye but due to non delivery on time, I had requested the order to cancel. This has been more than a week now and neither the order is showing cancelled nor my money is refunded till now.

                    I tried calling your Customer care multiple times but even after waiting for more than 30 minutes in the queue, it never connects me to its customer care. That is really bad as a customer service which should be o[censored]tmost important to any business. I hope BabyOye understand it sooner.
                    I request to cancel my order and initiate the refund soon.

                      On may 22, 2016, i exited by the baby oye offer flat 50 % and i ordered few of my baby girl dresses, then i done payment through credit card. Finally the respective amount 2650.50 is debited nicely, but cheated with no orders. And several times i contacted customer care is only have one phone number no body received phone.

                      I am in really confusion to whom i should contact now who will resolve the issue. But one thing i am sure, there were no orders done only amount debited. Babyoye is really cheating customers and this is not expected behaviour.

                      Please be sure don't buy any more things from baby oye especially online. Too danger about your money will get debit with out your orders.

                      It was an issue with payment gate way. However in short time customer care response given and reached me and they were placed and approved order fine. I am glad to see that quick response however got at this moment. I am just with drawing my complaint in consumer. But awaiting for delivery of the product still more 5 days needs to wait.

                            I have placed an order for two products of rs 770 on 2nd may 2016.The website got crashed at payments landing page. My amount has been debited and the order has not been captured by babyoye's site.

                              I tried to purchase a kriti maternity kurta with two layers and placed an order through paytm account on babyoye.com on apr 29, 2016. After that i got a message stating that some error occured and contact customer care. I checked with my paytm account and amount was deducted from my account and paid to babyoye.

                              I mailed them to know the status of my in completion of order and called twice and waited in call above 30 mins to reach the babyoye representative, but call did not connect, need to wait for representative. Very pathetic service by babyoye phone and email customer care. I would like to know the status of order. If order is not placed, please initiate a refund.

                                Providing all the necessities for the maternal parent from her 1st month till the baby completes his childhood is an appreciable thing. Amazed to your creativity, I bought 3 maxies but it was not worth the price fixed. I saw the stitches getting loosened and coming off the cloth on the day first. And there is only one stitch which shows your poor quality design. Don't know about other products! But please do update your working quality on nighties and maxies.

                                  Hi team,

                                  I tried to purchase a backpack - "ollington st. Collection: hard top school bag - honeybee" and placed an order through my credit card on babyoye.com on 30-mar-2016. On entering the card details and secure pin, a blank page was displayed. I checked with my bank and as per them rs. 529 was deducted from my card and paid to babyoye.

                                  I mailed them twice to initiate the refund as the order did not go through but they did not respond at all. Their customer care # is never reachable. Did not expect such thing from big giant like babyoye, owned by mahindra. The above transaction was carried out at 6:40 pm ist on 30-march-2016.

                                  Please help me in resolving the issue.

                                      I liked "Cots & More CotBed 3 in 1 Aspen" in the Phoenix mall babyoye store and spoke to manager to see if there was any sale on display pieces. He confirmed there were two pieces and can give 20% discount. After confirming to buy I verified the price of fresh piece. It was already 20% discounted in form of free mattress. When I questioned the manager, he mentioned he is not interested in selling display pieces. I walked away without buying anything I wanted after a heated argument of questioning why Manager attempted to cheat us. He was not accepting the fact that he was cheating. I feel he didnt even understand the amount did not change. A very dumb manager appointed in a fast moving store located in Phoenix mall. I initially decided not to return to any babyoye store but later I thought let me see if I can complain about this. I am ready to reconcile based on the corrective action. Thanks.                                         An order BY589156 for 20 packs of Huggies: dry diapers S-30(upto 7kg) was placed on BabyOye.com 14 July 2015, of which I was sent a confirmation as approved, but later called up and told by an person saying the order cannot be fulfilled as it exceeds the maximum quantity of the order. He advised that the maximum they would be able to provide is 8 Packs. I called back and spoke to pervez and was then transferred to his supervisor clara dsouza who is incompetent, told I was never promised 8 packs was told will try. Who does not know to whom should the complaint be sent against. She has said Google it up and you should be able to find it. Exact words "Google it up" . Clara would not provide her Employee ID but advised she is the only one there. Finally after around 30 mins on the phone back and forth was advised will be unable to complete the order and only fulfil 4 packs of the diaper from the original 20 and at the same while loosing out on 10% discount.' If this was the case the website should not be allowed to place more than 4 packs of diapers. They should not send out an email saying approved. They should provide the resolution promised. More competent people should be answering the phones and apologise for the inconvenience caused. I would like babyoye to fulfill the order as per the email sent out by them
