I placed a return request for a shirt purchased via order no. By864082. I had to literally request repeatedly for the pick up. Once it was picked up on june 17, 2016, i have still not received my refund. Customer care is never reachable. I have dropped several mails since last ten days. Haven't received even a single response. I have never had such a bad experience from any online shopping website. Being a reputed group, never expected such service from such a company. Pls help to get my refund. I would never ever recommend anyone to shop here.

Complaint marked as Resolved The customer care was not responding to my several mails earlier.After complaining here, they responded within a few days, and they said my refund is under process.Now i have received it back.Thanks to this forum. But please dont buy anything from babyoye. Never had such a bad experience in online purchases.
