I have ordered on 14/06/2020 but it never get delivered to my address, I have only this text msg, I tried to visit this site but site is also not reachable. I paid full amount. i have no customer care no also of this site.
I ordered set of 2 lingeries from Kyrafit for Rs 1100. When I saw the order I got only 1 and that too totally different from what they have shown. Its a fraud.
I have placed my orders for three (3) sets of lingerie costing all together for rs.1648.00. But when delivered it contained only 2 sets. Moreover the products/sets were very cheap which we can get from the market price of 100 rupees. This is very disgusting. Cheating the customers. And i could not track the company's name in the parcel. Only sticker of xpress bees was there. May be this xpress bees has got a fraud link with the name of this company which i could not return back the parcel.
I ordered 2 sets of Lingeries a couple of days ago and I only receieved one. That too that one set was not matching my order. I want to return my order and get my money refunded because this site seems to cheat people.

I ordered multiple products worth more than ₹2000 on this site kyrafit.com. They delivered one product and that too cheap and worst in quality which did not even match the product shown on their site. I wrote multiple emails but never got any response from them. Neither are they refunding my money. It’s fraud in daylight. I want my money refunded. They are looting people by displaying different things on their sites and delivering nothing.
