Babyoye — Order Not fulfilled, False Claims, Incorrect Information | |
An order BY589156 for 20 packs of Huggies: dry diapers S-30(upto 7kg) was placed on BabyOye.com 14 July 2015, of which I was sent a confirmation as approved, but later called up and told by an person saying the order cannot be fulfilled as it exceeds the maximum quantity of the order. He advised that the maximum they would be able to provide is 8 Packs. I called back and spoke to pervez and was then transferred to his supervisor clara dsouza who is incompetent, told I was never promised 8 packs was told will try. Who does not know to whom should the complaint be sent against. She has said Google it up and you should be able to find it. Exact words "Google it up" . Clara would not provide her Employee ID but advised she is the only one there. Finally after around 30 mins on the phone back and forth was advised will be unable to complete the order and only fulfil 4 packs of the diaper from the original 20 and at the same while loosing out on 10% discount.'
If this was the case the website should not be allowed to place more than 4 packs of diapers. They should not send out an email saying approved. They should provide the resolution promised. More competent people should be answering the phones and apologise for the inconvenience caused. I would like babyoye to fulfill the order as per the email sent out by them
