Bachpan Play School — advance fees refund

I am a parent of a kid who studied playgroup in Bachpan KR Puram, Bangalore last year. We had paid an advance amount of Rs.5000 on[protected] for Nursery enrollment (PFA) for the current year. My kid has not been to school even a single day. We also did not collect books for nursery. We are planning to continue his studies in our hometown. Hence I requested to refund the money. I contacted both the head of Bachpan KR Puram and to the assistance number - [protected]. They replied saying the amount is credited to the corporate account and generally they dont refund.

We have been with Bachpan for the past 1 and half years and we have so far paid all the fees promptly. It is not our fault to give the advance amount. We only paid assuming our kid will continue his studies here. But considering the COVID situation we are going to continue his studies in our hometown. He will not be part of Bachpan anymore. I am sure that there are even families who would have not paid this advance amount also. This amount is quite important to us. Please consider and refund the amount at the earliest.
