Hello,
I got my son's Admission in Yashodanagar - Kanpur Branch (Near SBI Bank). But to my surprise, branch management is the weakest part and I feel like I have sent my child to a local primary school.
With all sincerity I request you to look into the issue because their behaviour and attitude towards educating childrens is not what I expect from a Bachpan Franchise. Also this will get a bad name for your Franchisee.
Detailing out all the problems in detail as below.
* Took extra money than the actual amount for books, copies & dress( Not yet received ) which are way too low in terms of quality. ( Giving local Copies which i can get from outside with less price)
* Principle gets irritated and when I asked for details and she mentioned please do not irritate me. Being parents I have the right to ask for details, I have paid for this.
It will be a great help to drive your attention to this matter as this is first step for kids and it should be very important for BACHPAN to look into this issue and I hope we may get to a conclusion.
