[Resolved]  BagItToday.com — Holiday booking not happened instead all payment completed & no response from Customer care

Hi, Below is the mail chain with [protected]@bagittoday.com regarding the failed Holiday booking transaction on order no[protected] & 33072448"yatra & bagittoday" holiday offer. I'm feedup with the poor customer service, as the customer service number[protected] they have given is rarely picked up. In this almost a month & half i have wasted about Rs.300 out of which i have succeeded only once to talk to a human. How can i sue them to get back my money or to book the holiday package.
