Bajaao — Company didn't give me tracking no. & they don't respond to complains given to them

I ordered an MG15CF Marshall 15W amp and an overdrive distortion pedal sum total Rs 12845 and order no. is 22055. They didn't give me a tracking no. I have e mailed their helpdesk and called at least thrice in buisness hours . I dont know what to do ?

Updated by pulkit2352000 I had finally received a part of my order (no.22055) but it has been 6 days since then and the company has been givin g me e mails that tracking details would be sent by 28 oct but they weren't. When called, company told me that my order has not been dispactched yet and would take another 7 days for dispatching.
