I ordered an equipement from Bajaao.com and shortly after that they emailed saying that the shipment is delayed and might arrive in January 2022 end. So I opted for a refund, however, now it has been 2 weeks and everytime I email them or call them, they say I will get the refund in 24 working hours. This is getting out of hand now, how many days do I need to get a refund? This is not a way to do a business, tried Bajaao for the first time and the experience is bad.
