Bajaao — Product not dispatched after claiming warranty

I had a warranty claim for a product. They asked me to ship the product to their location which will be repaired and returned within 90 days.
My query was raised in the system on 4th jan 23. After 90 days around, i had asked for an update again to which i was replied that it is still under processing. I requested for an escalation since it has been more than 90 days to which another person replied to me saying my dispatch of the product will be done in 24-48 hours and even asked for my shipping address. After again providing all the details, i still have not received my order and again after mailing them multiple times for an update there is no reply from any of them.
Presently, after multiple request for update and follow ups i have not got an update on my product. I want an immediate full refund of my product since it has been more than 5 months now that i am without my product for which i have paid.
