I had purchased a music instrument by the brand name vault ikon mk2 49 key midi controller from music instruments seller website bajao.com. On 12.3.25. On this website they claim to sell all products after proper checking of its functioning and quality. But to my dismay this product they had sold to me and sent by blue dart courier was of low quality and not functioning properly (See attached video) so I returned it to them by reverse pickup which they received (See attached email screenshot) and asked them to refund me the initial amount of rs.1336 I paid via snapmint emi plan. The bajao executive is now insisting on selling the same faulty vault ikon mk2 keyboard which they claim they have repaired. I have clearly asked them I won't accept repaired product and asked them to refund the initial amount and cancel this transaction but they are virtually forcing me to accept this product.
I want consumer forum to take note of the nexus between bajao and snapmint to trap customers like me into an emi plan and sell sub standard products which are non functional on first use and to be sent back to bajao for repair and then to be forced to accept the product. They are also not ready to refund despite stating to refund in their email (See email screenshot attached) my initial amount of 1336/-. I am in constant communication with them but my issue is still unresolved.
