Bajaao — Unethical behaviour

I am extremely disappointed to notice your casual attitude towards your valuable customers. This type o[censored]nprofessional attitude of yours will be shared in the social media so that customers should think twice before placing any order from Bajao.com. My shipment Carlsbro Octopad (Order No. 353405) is lying with FedEx local facility, Kolkata since 18.08.2021 without delivering the same to my address, Several queries, several complaints have been made in this regard but no action has been initiated neither by Bajao.com (ticket ID # [protected]) nor by FedEx (complaint ID : C[protected]. The order was placed as a Birthday gift of one of my relatives. Due to non-delivery of the same on the scheduled date all o[censored]s are very much disappointed and lost faith on Bajao.com. I will wait for today and if the item is not delivered the matter will be referred to Consumer Forum with a claim of compensation along with refund for the harassment.
