Subject:- Allianz Bajaj ChildGain 21 Plus, Policy Number- [protected] and Maturity Date:[protected]. Sir, My policy commencement date was on 12/11/2004.The frequency of payment was half yearly and the premium installment was about Rs.8962.We have received payment schedule for maturity benefits as Rs.1, 31874. We are submitted Allianz Bajaj ChildGain 21 Plus bond Certificate in regional office Pathanamthitta on[protected].We paid Rs.1, 25468 as premium amount in seven years.We didn't get the remaining bonus from this scheme.So i kindly request you to get the bonus as son as possible.
