I AHSANUL HOQUE, my father gave money to bajaj life insurance company about six years ago now my father want to withdraw this money. But the company say that there are different spelling in the name in bank account and Madhyamik certificate. But at the time of depositing same documents were given then they did not say anything. For this reason they asked to my father to give a court affidavit about three months ago. Now my father has gone there with this court affidavit but they say my father to bring DM certificate. But a general man how manage this in this critical situation of money. So please check this matter.

      I had send my CAR RC and few photo for a Car Insurance last Saturday 12.12.2015, but didn’t get any invoice to pay amount, I have bin asking 100 times to send me online links to pay, but he is dragging with all bull sit resin. As he promise to do so on same day . I hope my all data is safe and it will not misused by any illegal activities, If so Bajaj Allianze and Sagar Sawant will be response for it., If so Bajaj Allianze and Sagar Sawant will be response for it. Now and Sagar Sawant is telling he cannot generate a Invoice, because there is 1000 excuse, I am not sure he is involve with any Illegal activity ? As he had taken my car RC copy and few car photo, and if he misused those with any illegal activities Bajaj Allianz with be responsible for it ? I suspect he joint hands with ISI/ Terrorist group activity ? I have no hope for the insurance, could you plz let me know what next I need to do.

        My name is Vikram, I have a bajaj allianz life insurance policy from citi bank. I sent my documents to chennai address for surrendering my policy in September 17th 2015, but till now I did not receive my money and I don't hear anything back from them. When ever I call customer care, they say it is under process and they can't do anything. They say that they will arrange a call back from their resolution department, but I never get the call.

          I tried to renew my two wheeler insurance policy which is first party but i want to convert it to third party from now on, so i ask them but they said that bajaj alliance doesnt give third party insurance and tgey told me to go to another insurance company, also in another company they told me to go to bajaj again and they said that bajaj give third party insurance, what actions should i take?

            When I opened a suvidha account in Citi Bank their agents told me that they have a ULIP type of scheme. I had purchased this policy in January2014. The premium amount of Rs 1500/- of which was getting deducted from my CITIBANK salaried account on monthly basis. I have paid premium for 23months (Rs 34000/-) and I got a cancellation refund amount of Rs 26000/-. Where is the rest of the money that I have paid? I can see a 7% surrender penalty clause (which I can accept). It was a huge mistake on my part that I trusted this fraud company Bajaj Allianz, even though my friends asked me not to invest in it.

              My policy number is [protected] paid 3 premiums already. Mr. Shawaiz (shawaiz.[protected]@balic.in) had come to meet me after some marketing calls from Bajaj claiming 15% returns in 3 years. 1) Mr. Shawaiz, when visited was having the Bajaj Allianz Id card 2) He offered gold coins / cash back/ Honda Activa against the first premium claiming that it is given by Bajaj. I opted for cash back, though later he transferred it from his account. When inquired he said, the process is getting delayed and hence it is transferred through his account, as it is much faster. 3) He explained a logic, which used the premium payment amount and arrived at around 15% returns at the end of 3 years. He said there are not surrender charges 4) When asked about the policy document sample copy, he said it will be available ony when the policy is issued. 5) The policy registration was delayed by two weeks, even though I had signed the document and given the cheque. 6) At last when the policy arrived, I couldn't check it as I was busy and later when I checked realized that, the surrender value was much lesser after 5th year. 7) Then when I checked with Shawaiz, he gave me another calculation including SSV factor and assured that the SSV factor will be 1.21 and it will not change throughout the tenure. He had even sent a mail from official id, confirming the same. 8) Now when I try to contact Bajaj Allianz, they are not disclosing the SSV factor, and when I check online, it is around 0.4 or 0.3. I created support tickets for the same, but not enough response from Bajaj Allianz. Now I can see that Mr. Shawaiz has been dismissed this March 2015 from Bajaj Allianz for mal-practices. At the end of the day Bajaj Allianz made money and the agents too made money. But we, the customers are suffering from these kind of cheating and mal-practices. I can't still believe that the company like Bajaj Allianz can treat their customers like this. I would like to surrender the policy without any loss, if not I'm open in going to consumer court as well. I've all the necessary documents to submit. Please beware of these cheats!

              Bajaj allianz 's grievance team resolved the issue in a months time by cancelling my policies from inception.I got the money that i have paid in 3 years.

                We will do they are not giving any investigation report because we want to know how the fraud is happened and who is culprit but base conservation with Bajaj Allianz they are giving me properly reply even we have tried to email Mr. Shyam Yadav (Head Grievance) but Shayam Yadav is not replying & on conservation I am thinking they know the culprit that's why they are trying to save that culprit and any they are trying to cancel the policy anywho. Strange thing Fraud is severity issue for any company but this people are taking lightly even Mr.Shayam Yadav also I think.

                I think you people have not read my complaints properly, i have already mentioned that my complaints emails are reached to shyam yadav & you Grievance department (Pawan, Pooja) and other people but grievance department shayam yadav is not giving reply on email & what we have ask for the same. This is the proof that there is lack of communication gap. meanwhile I will all the details which you are asking.

                      I bought a Life Insurance Policy for my son, on[protected] i decided to surrender the policy, i submit all the neccessary documents . The Branch Executives told me that i will get the money in my bank account in 5-6 working days . But even after 20 days, they have not transferred the money . I called up the branch, they did not provide any information . This is the worst company ever

                          Volkswagen Policy Number: og[protected]-00040833 I have not received my policy even after 3 days of payment is done. I am being told that there is a technical problem. During this time, my policy does not cover my car. No one even, their grieavnce team does not come back tome. Customer support have bunch of lawyers who keep telling me that call back will be arranged. I did not receive one single call. They said it will be resolved within 24 hours. After 24 hours when i call they say 24 working hours . I am really frustrated. I am planning to file a cheating case.

                              I have purchased an iPhone with balaji all risk policy, they said they will replace my device if I damage within 7 days.                                 I have taken Bajaj Allianz Sarv Suraksha Policy -[protected] from Bajaj Alliance four years back & have been Paying my premium for last Four years through Citibank Salary Account. Last Year I wanted to Surrender the policy so I called up customer care & they told me to wait for another Year so I do not have to pay Surrender charges.
                                So I called up this year & I was told that I still would not get the amount that I have invested. Worst I still send all the Details to Mr. Suresh K to Chennai as advised by Grievence Cell. It is Over a Month Now I have still not recived my money. Their teams do not even reply back to the Mails. If you mark mails to their escalation Team they don't seem to reply back either.

                                This is the worst policy & I urge all fellow people reading this to never Invest In any policy of Bajaj Allianz. Also I am really frustrated not sure how to get my money back.

                                Though I am Trying my best, to reach them out so someone from Bajaj Allianz can help me get my money, Is their a way I can spread the work so their teams listen to me n return my money. I will Publish as many Post on Facebook/Twitter & other social media so no one ever take their policy.

                                I just need my money bac ASAP.

                                  Policy Number: OG[protected]-00084374 Claim Number: OC[protected] My Hyundai Eon car had an accident a couple of days back. I was at the Kapashera red light and our signal was green. While i was driving, there was a Honda city ahead of me. A biker came in unexpectedly and Honda City had to apply a sharp breaks to save him. I also controlled my car and stalled at an inch's distance while a Ford Ecosport rammed into my car from behind and resulted in the collision between me n Honda City. Moment after that another car bumped into Ecosport and there was a second collision. As there awas no fault of any o[censored]s, we moved without creating a much fuss. I was supposed to go Greater Noida and while i was on my way, car suddenly stopped at the Yamuna Expressway. There i seeked the hep from Shri Krishna Hyundai, an authorized workshop at Noida ( that seems to be the closest as per Google). We towed the car at the Workshop and we were informed that they will file a claim. We have our insurance with Bajaj Allianz. After the claim filing, we were informed that there was a sever damage in the engine due to overheating but that will not form the part of the claim. Shri Krishna Hyundai and Surveyor from Bajaj Allianz refused to take it as a part of the claim, pls help me understand as to why? Need a resolution ASAP on this.                                     My mother had taken a policy no [protected] from bajaj allianz recently we received a letter stating to visit the near by center for redemtion or the policy will be converted into monthly pension mode since my mother is a sr ctn i asked the agent rajesh bhiwankar about the process of redemption he confirmed with vashi branch and informed me that you can submit the documents with authourity letter from the policy holder with orignal policy or the manager from vashi can visit my residence and do the needful provide i take a new policy from him i refused to do that and i visited the khar center which is at sv road [ end of october 2015] the lady told me that she cannot take the documents i have to visit the vashi branch from where the policy is taken or get the policy holder to the khar center or can send the documents by courier . Today 19.11.2015 i visited the khar office along with my mother they said that the office is shifted from here and i have to visit powai office . For receiving my own funds i have to run from pillar to post but if i am willing to take a new policy i am getting service at my door step why such step treatment my mother had invested the amount for her old age when she require fund it is being denied

                                    I had puchased bajaj allianz life insurance policy no. [protected] and paid five premiums of rs. 25000/- each year. I vae surrender my policy at baroda branch on 16/11/2015. I was given 7 to 8 days time for claiming my amount. I have so far not received any feedback from company . I am dialling the local office but they are also not responding. I have tried online claim status also but could not get the right information,
