We will do they are not giving any investigation report because we want to know how the fraud is happened and who is culprit but base conservation with Bajaj Allianz they are giving me properly reply even we have tried to email Mr. Shyam Yadav (Head Grievance) but Shayam Yadav is not replying & on conservation I am thinking they know the culprit that's why they are trying to save that culprit and any they are trying to cancel the policy anywho. Strange thing Fraud is severity issue for any company but this people are taking lightly even Mr.Shayam Yadav also I think.

I think you people have not read my complaints properly, i have already mentioned that my complaints emails are reached to shyam yadav & you Grievance department (Pawan, Pooja) and other people but grievance department shayam yadav is not giving reply on email & what we have ask for the same. This is the proof that there is lack of communication gap. meanwhile I will all the details which you are asking.

very bad services.

      Cheque declined received from bajaj allianz against policy no 0232981320

      I received the cheque on 8th December through courier from Bajaj Allianz life insurance but when I went to deposit my bank denied accepting as it was valid for only 3 months and date mentioned in the cheque was 7th September. When spoke to call centre about this issue they informed me to visit the nearby branch. Since I was not well and couldn't visit the branch on my behalf my friend visited to submit the same with the letter written and...

      We are having . a priblem with our lg led . at the time of purchasing we hav taken bajaj exnded warranty . now we are liiking for servuce thrrough the bajaj .we approached them but no one suppirted us it alredy about 6days complted still niw we didnt get any servce from them.we tried so many times to customer care its a waste of time.i hope our problem vil solve through this . complaint ASAP.

        I bought a Life Insurance Policy for my son, on[protected] i decided to surrender the policy, i submit all the neccessary documents . The Branch Executives told me that i will get the money in my bank account in 5-6 working days . But even after 20 days, they have not transferred the money . I called up the branch, they did not provide any information . This is the worst company ever

Had received call from one of your agent called n later I came to know it was fraud call n detail about policy is wrong and I had already paid 35000rs for year had paid for policy last year... But when I came to know the details about the policy is wrong and it was fraud call and I'm really was not satisfied about this when I came to know after 2 month n realised to rework on it n needed help about this n called ur customer care n also visited to near by office in mira road but no one helped or gave positive suggestion for my problem...             Volkswagen Policy Number: og[protected]-00040833 I have not received my policy even after 3 days of payment is done. I am being told that there is a technical problem. During this time, my policy does not cover my car. No one even, their grieavnce team does not come back tome. Customer support have bunch of lawyers who keep telling me that call back will be arranged. I did not receive one single call. They said it will be resolved within 24 hours. After 24 hours when i call they say 24 working hours . I am really frustrated. I am planning to file a cheating case.

              I purchased this plan and it was told that 5 years premium to be paid. After 5 years any time i can surrender and get the money back.                   I have taken Bajaj Allianz Sarv Suraksha Policy -[protected] from Bajaj Alliance four years back & have been Paying my premium for last Four years through Citibank Salary Account. Last Year I wanted to Surrender the policy so I called up customer care & they told me to wait for another Year so I do not have to pay Surrender charges.
                  So I called up this year & I was told that I still would not get the amount that I have invested. Worst I still send all the Details to Mr. Suresh K to Chennai as advised by Grievence Cell. It is Over a Month Now I have still not recived my money. Their teams do not even reply back to the Mails. If you mark mails to their escalation Team they don't seem to reply back either.

                  This is the worst policy & I urge all fellow people reading this to never Invest In any policy of Bajaj Allianz. Also I am really frustrated not sure how to get my money back.

                  Though I am Trying my best, to reach them out so someone from Bajaj Allianz can help me get my money, Is their a way I can spread the work so their teams listen to me n return my money. I will Publish as many Post on Facebook/Twitter & other social media so no one ever take their policy.

                  I just need my money bac ASAP.

                    Policy Number: OG[protected]-00084374 Claim Number: OC[protected] My Hyundai Eon car had an accident a couple of days back. I was at the Kapashera red light and our signal was green. While i was driving, there was a Honda city ahead of me. A biker came in unexpectedly and Honda City had to apply a sharp breaks to save him. I also controlled my car and stalled at an inch's distance while a Ford Ecosport rammed into my car from behind and resulted in the collision between me n Honda City. Moment after that another car bumped into Ecosport and there was a second collision. As there awas no fault of any o[censored]s, we moved without creating a much fuss. I was supposed to go Greater Noida and while i was on my way, car suddenly stopped at the Yamuna Expressway. There i seeked the hep from Shri Krishna Hyundai, an authorized workshop at Noida ( that seems to be the closest as per Google). We towed the car at the Workshop and we were informed that they will file a claim. We have our insurance with Bajaj Allianz. After the claim filing, we were informed that there was a sever damage in the engine due to overheating but that will not form the part of the claim. Shri Krishna Hyundai and Surveyor from Bajaj Allianz refused to take it as a part of the claim, pls help me understand as to why? Need a resolution ASAP on this. I am being charged on the daily basis for the parking charges at Shri Krishna Hyundai. I am contactable on [protected].

                      My mother had taken a policy no [protected] from bajaj allianz recently we received a letter stating to visit the near by center for redemtion or the policy will be converted into monthly pension mode since my mother is a sr ctn i asked the agent rajesh bhiwankar about the process of redemption he confirmed with vashi branch and informed me that you can submit the documents with authourity letter from the policy holder with orignal policy or the manager from vashi can visit my residence and do the needful provide i take a new policy from him i refused to do that and i visited the khar center which is at sv road [ end of october 2015] the lady told me that she cannot take the documents i have to visit the vashi branch from where the policy is taken or get the policy holder to the khar center or can send the documents by courier . Today 19.11.2015 i visited the khar office along with my mother they said that the office is shifted from here and i have to visit powai office . For receiving my own funds i have to run from pillar to post but if i am willing to take a new policy i am getting service at my door step why such step treatment my mother had invested the amount for her old age when she require fund it is being denied

On 17-nov-2010 and continued till date with out taking any claims for last five years. Policy no: OG[protected]-00000024, renewal issue. As sum insured increased from 1lack to 1.5 lacks. Policy ending at 19Nov2015 Policy details are as bellow (current year - 2015) Sr. no policy no: sum insured Paid Premium Type 1 OG[protected]-00000024 1, 00, 000/- 4943/- Health Guard 2 OG[protected]-00000009 1000/- 1601/- Cash back From last five years I have been a good customer for you themnot taken a single claim and want to continue further also. But I am forced by agent or by Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company LTD this year. For switch to sum insured of 1 Lack to 1.5 Lack for my policy no- OG[protected]-00000024 . And as result of that my renewal Premium is increasing to double. Which is totally wrong on my financial part. And also company is stepping back by his old promise’s done to me. Sir when I took the policy it was told to me taking policy at lower age will benefit me in higher ages, my premium will be low at higher ages. At that time I was looking for health insurance of sum insured 50, 000/- only but seeing your company policy I took sum insurance of 1 lack each for my family. So why now company is forcing me for higher sum insured. ? I am not asking them, they are forcing. Agent is also not helping.( TAPAN KUMAR DEY, AGENT CODE: 10007679, CONTACT NO- [protected], [protected]) . I talked to customer care many times registered my problem ( Reg no-675327 ) they did not help me for days. They told me two things: 1. Company policy has changed, bajaj feels 1 Lack sum insured is not sufficient for you. 2. Go talk in office of your city. Iam in contact of agent & customer care from 9 November2015 till date but no help. ( Sir/Madam I have all details what happed with me from 9Nov2015 till date.) Sir this is what I am getting from company customer care, agent and branch office? Being a good customer I have renewed and paid my premium for last five years. But due to carelessness and negligence of Bajaj Allianz my policy is under the threat of lapsing . I don’t want to laps my policy; I want to continue with my old term & conditions. As sum insured of 1 lack is ok for me & my family right now. As premium paid for it is bearable for me. In future if I request you then, only apply new term & conditions. Till then kindly keep me in old conditions as promised by Bajaj Allianz. Kindly help me out, I want to continue with you. Save my policy from lapsing. I am ready at once to pay my renewal premium for policy no- OG[protected]-00000024. With my old terms & conditions of sum insured 1 Lack. And keep my family safe of any medical uncertainty .                           I bought Bajaj Allianz Family care first mediclaim policy in Nov 2011 from Bajaj Allianz life insurance company .My Policy Number is [protected]. I paid all annual premium regularly since inception of policy. I don't take any claim since i purchase the said policy. Waiting period for necessary diseases is over. Now when i approached to the said company for portability of the policy, they replied my that they are unable to do so. If i approach to new company i have again start my waiting period for specific diseases it means that whatever installment i paid to Bajaj Allianz life insurance company is waste of time & money though i was secured for medical treatment for my family.                               Dear Sir, I have taken an insurance policy in 2012 from Bajaj Alliance General Insurance Co. of my Car. Regd.No. DL-4CAG-9117 - Policy No. OG[protected]-00092181. Sir, I made a request for a claim on 20th & 21st of June, 2015 as my above-mentioned Hyundai GETZ car was hit by a Tempo (Mini truck) of an unknown person, as informed me by some nearby people, while it was parked Near Naharpur Market, Sector -7, Rohini, Delhi on Saturday, 20th June, 2015 at around 7.15 pm to 7.30 pm. I made more than 50 calls & e-mails requesting them to come for a survey for the claim, but when I threaten to report to IRDA, the person from Bajaj Allianz came after almost 33 days (one month 2 day) as on 22nd July, 2015. But, till then, I get my Car repaired 75% from local service stations. The survey was just a formality, because I refused to go for service to the service station of their choice... HANS HYUNDAI SERVICE STATION, DELHI. I repeatedly, told them that I had a very bad previous experience with that service station. I showed them the letter of my complaint also and that I want to get my car repaired from local service station. But after a long 2 month struggle, they agreed to give me claim Rs. 3, 200/- for the parts, which was not damaged / or partly damaged. They ignored the major damage, deliberately. In-directly they continuesly mentally tortured me for more then 2 months. I doubt there may be a dealing between Insurance Companies and the car service centers. I repeatedly, informing them telephonically and by emails that I am completely disagree AND dissatisfied the way my case has been handled AND delayed. I was completely fed-up and Finally, decided, to discontinue my current insurance policy. I have been repeatedly requesting them to discontinue my insurance policy for rest of the period after 20th OF JUNE, 2015 and refund the rest of the amount of my above mentioned Insurance Policy. But I received no reply. AFTER ALMOST 20 / 25 DAYS, I received the attached reply from Leena Sawale - Grievance Redressal Unit, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd, Pune - 411006. Please see how BAJAJ ALLIANCE GENERAL INSURANCE treats with their customer and see the language used. The refund offer is just Rs. 915/- and I have to confirm my decision within 24 hours, otherwise the case will be closed. IS IT A JOKE...? Sir, they charge a high premium in one hand and other hand when customers claim, they delay the case and mentally harass them for months if they refuse to trap of the service centre of the Car Companies. Sir, I once again, humbly request to kindly look into the matter and HELP me in this matter. I shall be highly obliged. REGARDS Rajesh Bali

                                Citi bank and bajaj allianz are openly cheating/fooling the innocent customers under the name of sarve shakti suvidha. (Policy # [protected])
                                When i opened the suvidha salary bank account in citi bank in jul - 2010, i was offered for the investment plan as a policy (Policy # [protected]) (Which will have returns like recurring deposit) from the citi bank representatives, which will give me the guaranteed returns of at least 8 percent. Many of my colleagues opted to invest in the plan. The citi representatives told us that we can surrender the plan at any time with the premium paid + 8% interest.
                                But at the time when we opted for the policy we were informed that it is 5 years policy and 3 years lock - in period. On maturity there will be about 8% return on your actual invested amount.
                                So far i have completed 5 years and paid the 60 premium installments with rs. 3000 each with total invested amount as rs. 1, 80, 000/ - . Now my policy matured and i went to the bajaj allianz customer executive at yerwada office pune and submitted my original certificate to claim my maturity amount. I got the response that it will take 2 to 3 months and you will get only rs. 1, 35, 822/ - as a maturity amount against the 1, 80, 000/ - i paid so far.
                                Every time when i call the citi bank and bajaj allianz customer care, i got different answers from every other representative, when i went to bajaj allianz office located at yerwada - pune, i found the person (Mr. Nilesh po) who was handling this account is transferred to the other department and no one having any information of these policy. Other office said that it is citi bank liability and citi bank said that it is bajaj allianz policy, so contact at bajaj allianz.
                                This is misleading. I want my invested money back with compound interest of min. 8%.

                                  I was having a unit linked policy no. [protected] issued on 22.03.2007 in the name of my son Mr Subh Khandelwal from Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance. I applied for its surrender on 25.05.15. As per the copy of statement taken from website http://www.bajajallianzlifeonline.co.in, my account balance was Rs 196533.17 at the time of processing of my request vide request id no.7514584. However, only Rs. 175531.00 were deposited in my account as claim settlement.I registered my complaint on online grievance portal of bajaj allianz however i did not get either response or acknowledgement. Then i sent a mail on 26.06.15 and then on 18.07.15 to Bajaj Allianz for either clarifying that why the Rs. 21000/- had been deducted from my surrender amount or deposit the balance amount to my account and along with mail, i sent a copy of statement taken from http://www.bajajallianzlifeonline.co.in, however they are even not responding to my mails.

                                    Request your kind assistance to resolve the below payment issue from Bajaj Allianze.

                                    I have been cheated by the Insurance company and have been liaising with them to return my rightful amount.

                                    But, they have kept on refusing to resolve the issue and still keep on dodging my requests

                                    Myself Dennis had taken Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Plan "Half Family Assure" Policy No.[protected] in 2008.
                                    The sales agent told me it is a single premium plan.I believed that as well.
                                    Now in 2015, when I called up this Aug 2015 to know the status of the policy and withdraw/surrender the money, I was informed by the customer care that the policy has been terminated.

                                    I have never withdrawn any money nor I was intimated before the closure from Bajaj . As first/second time agent had taken the money, they got their share and now I am in limbo.However the customer care number is always busy and could never connect to them unfortunately. I have asked for the details why it was foreclosed but I have not received the same on my e-mail id( already provided to them).

                                    how can my policy be sold or cancelled or terminated without intimating to me.

                                    If I had taken a home loan, will u auction my house without intimating me...That would be illegal.

                                    If I do not pay my home loan EMIs or even my mobile bills, does the company not chase the customer to the world's end for payments and sends reminders through emails, messages, calls and letters.

                                    In this case, I did not receive even one notification or any information about the cancellation or termination of my policy.

                                    This is completely illegal.

                                    Please help me to get my hard earned money with interest so far Thanking you in advance, Dennis
