Sir/Madam,
it is informed you that during lockdown time, my car ( ciaz GJ01-RU-5854) was parked at my society parking .
At that time my car was dented by someone at 2 positions.
1. Bonnot
2. Right (backside) door.
when I saw that dented, I put my car for an insurance claim.
But my insurance company is saying to me that they can give only 1 position, s claim.
They are asking me, the date of the accident happened on my car.
how can I explain the date of the accident because during lockdown we were locked at our home only?
how can i explain that who and when did this accident on my car.
I am not able to send you my car pics because I have already handover my Car to insurance company.
I am requesting to you please consider my request and do the needful.

As per mail received from Bagic customer care, I have talked with Mr. Deval makwana and he told me that he is not the right person to help me out.
As per Mr Deval, my problem is out of his jurisdiction or his limit.
So please refer my problem to the appropriate person, who can help me out.
