I have renewed my car insurance in aug-18th of 2017, i didn't receive the hard/soft copy of my car insurance policy till now.

I called 4 times which i spend near 3 hrs and updated the same they taken request too.

Issue is not solved till now.

Worst service provider hereafter i won't go for bajaj and also i won't refer my friends to go for this.

    how long should I wait for my policy maturity amount?

    How long should i wait for my policy maturity amount? It almost one year from maturity date. As you said, you sent a cheque and it has undelivered, may i know the cheque details which you got returned. I have raised these many complaints 65570999, 66048752,[protected] and 68879151 but you people are wasting the time instead of resolve the issue.     Hi,
    My name is gagan kumar [ policy no:- [protected] ]. I am holding investain-economy and invested rs. 150000 approx. And want to withdraw this policy to utilize the money for urgent requirement but when called to customer care for the same got reply that i would get only rs.93000 approx only rest amount will be kept by bajaj alianz.

    It is completely cheating, while taking this corrupt policy of bajaj alianz i have been told by the agent that after 3 years you can withdraw your whole money but then you will not get any bonus. I had not been told about the hidden deduction after 3 years.

    Please look into this matter and return my whole money, i want to close this policy for urgent money requirement.

      Maruti insurance - bajaj allianz general insurance company ltd.

      On the eve of bishwakarma puja, the 16.09.2017, was driving back home from rajarhat new town action area iii. Suddenly a stray cow came in front of my car & i had put on my break, although the car came to stop still, but my car was heavily bumped by another car right behind me & thus damaging the back side of the car. The impact was so large although i was still on my brakes it shoved towards the right, where there were bamboo made divider & the same scratched both the right front & the back door.
      Since i hold a bumper to bumper policy, the same day i had taken the car to service center, although it was closed for the next 2 days. Then i receive a call from a person name rajiv roy – [protected], claiming himself as the surveyor, tells me that as the first impact was at behind so i would only get the back bumper & the scratches that happened due accident does not fall under the accidental coverage but just normal “ware & tear”, so both the doors cannot be covered.
      I paid more than rs.33, 000/- to get myself a bumper to bumper policy only to get covered whenever i have such accident’s, now they say that they does not cover it. So i called my service advisor, mr. Sudeep mondal, to get in touch with higher officials mr. Raju gupta, he ridiculed me telling me that “yes scratches are under ware & tear, you should have known it & also asked me to take him to the spot of the incident, or else how would he believe me that the damages of my car are not self-induced.
      Sir, the car is just 6 month old, who would want a 6 month old car to get it damaged by him or herself. I was literally requested to take the maruti insurance while purchasing the car, with all kinds of promise. But all were hollow as their fake promises. Sir, this is how you lose customer.
      There after i kindly request you to please look into matter. And its my true belief that you will do whatever it takes to get me that i truly deserve.

      Bajaj Allianz is fraud, they assure but after 2 long years yet they have not done anything. I'm still waiting a confirmation from them..

        I have bought policy on 18th july 2016 through policy bazaar and its been 1 year now. I want to below things to be done-

        1. Opin (One time password)
        1. Switch fund to "accelerator mid cap fund 2 bajaj allianz"
        3. Change portfolio investor select so i can change the fund by my own.

        I have called to pune branch and they said call to customer care, i called to customer care they said to visit branch. And in branch they were getting error that fund switch can be done only on anniversary, i have also sent email to [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in but did not get any reply from them.

        Portfolio change on anniversary is not acceptable as having huge loss and want to switch fund

          I am having a toyota etios (Registration number up-14 bp 9405). Unfortunately i am having the car insured by bajaj allianz. Till date (In 5 years) i, by god's grace, i never had an accident bad enough to take services of bajaj allianz.
          On 26-may-17, on a high traffic road, a truck driver took over my car from the left side hitting the left side badly. When my brother in law who was driving the car at the time, took over and tried to stop him, truck driver again took over from the right side and damaged the right side as well. Fortunately no one was injured and we went home, quite shaken of course. We never registered an fir as both o[censored]s are in private service and can't afford to take time off to visit police station.
          I left my car at galaxy toyota, motinagar, new delhi on 31-may-17 and provided them the insurance policy details along with the accident details.
          After several follow ups with the surveyor appointed by bajaj allianz/ service advisor at galaxy toyota, on 13-06-17, i was told that claim can't be processed in absence of fir or only front fender on the front can be approved.
          And the surveyor mr. Srikant yadav (Contact number [protected]) claims that the truck never hit the car and my claim is false.
          I would like to submit, that if they can't process a claim, please cancel their license to sell insurance.

                  I bought health insurance for my parents 2 months ago, executive name sagar gandamala had come to collect money from me once money collected i don't have any sort of info on my application he never responded to my calls or messages, after long struggle he send me one image with insurance details after that i called him he said i will receive cards in 30 days time and its been 2 months i dint get any call or message from any of bajaj executive or bajaj i started calling them but no response from them just today i got response telling that cards got dispatched and sucked at indian speed post and its been a month and i asked them what is the next steps to get my cards instard of helping me bajaj people says i need to go in search of my post.

                      Dear all,

                      I wish to highlight the unfair & unethical business practices by delhi region hr team. Actually, they are mentally harassing me since past 12 days but not releasing my f&f and even not issuing me the relieving letter. Mr tarun purohit from hr team is talking 45 days process for settlement of f&f however, the actual scenario is totally reverse. Actually, they have released full & final payouts of some employees in 3/4 days in last few weeks/months but in my case they are not willing to pay. Even i had highlighted this matter to top leadership team of bajaj allianz life insurance co ltd but they are also supporting mr tarun purohit.

                      Even the chief people officer mr rubén selvadoray threatened me not to write emails to top management of the company. The entire hr team of the company is mentally harassing me and spoiling the brand image of bajaj group in the market.

                      I request everybody on social platform to come upfront and raise your voice along with me in this journey against malafide practices of hr team of such a big brand. Please pass on this message to as many as possible.

                        I must say bajaj allianz doesn't have any control over how policies are being sold in market by their great agents. I fell into trap of one such issue, now repenting. As i moved from one company to another, one marketing guy who was next to my office offered a bajaj allianz policy saying it's a endowment policy. I knew the meaning of endowment having invested in lic, yet he insisited to take the policy, pay for 5 years and stop payments after that. The policy term would be for 15 years. He also offerd rs. 15000 cashbak from the 1st year premium and said, after 8th year i can surrender the policy wherein i'll get somewhere around 8 lakhs (I. E. With all the paid premiums + bonus - some nominal charges).

                        I being extra smart, took it, and continued paying the premiums. One catch was, he didn't pay me that rs. 15000 cash back as he said earlier, so i continued to send him sms, call him. This was in the year 2012 (No whatsapp those days). Finally, got frustrated one day, i decided to go to one of the bajaj allianz office and check the reality. I went the jaya nagar, 4th block branch in bangalore, where i met mr. Yagdatt sharma. He greeted me very well and apologized on the cashback issue. He happen to knew the agent and said the agent is going through a bad time, so not able to give me that 15k. Then he himself paid that 15k to me. I was on 7th heaven and very happy with such a service.

                        Again, just to cross check, i asked him the way forward. He also explained the same thing to me.. Saying please continue paying the premium for 5 years. Then i can stop the payment where-in the policy will get into paid-up mode and in the 8th year i can ask for refund. By that time with the bonus and premiums would have accrued a good return and deducting the charges i can expect somewhere around 8l as return. I was even more happier, since an employee of bajaj allianz is promising such things. I booked a house in bangalore by then, and did my calculation that by 2020 i'll pay back 8l to my home loan. Super happy as it all coincided with my plan.

                        So by sep 2016, i made the 5th premium payment. That was the end of my premium. 2017 came, sep 2017 came and i get a call from a calcutta number asking me to pay the policy. I mentioned my inability to pay the premium since i am going through a financial crisis. Apparently, my mother was hospitalized and had to be treated. Obviously medical insurances don't pay the entire amount in treatment and i have to shell out money from my savings.

                        Now comes the shocker, to that, the person said.. This is a conventional policy and if i don't pay the premium, there will be a revival period for 2 years (I. E. Till 2019) and then the policy will be considered surrendered and i'll be given back the surrender value (I. E. 2.35 lakhs as against 5 lakhs of premium). I said, i didn't want to surrender the policy, to that his response was, these are the rules, so either i pay or get ready to bear a loss of more than half of what i paid.

                        I am still figuring out what's to be done. With all these tensions, my health has started to deteriorate. I dont know where will i arrange that 1 lakh again and even though i can for this year, how will i pay back the next 9 premiums. Going by the agent's words, of paying only for 5 years, i never planned for these additional premiums. These are causing so much of trouble now, i have totally lost faith on any insurance company now (Especially bajaj allianz). Looks like nobody is clear on what's being offered from a policy. Agents have their own stories to tell to fool customers, branch managers like yagdutt sharma are there to endorse what agents say and ultimately it's the customers who bear the brunt of financial crisis.

                        My heartfelt curse to these insurance companies, their agents and their employees who cheat middle class people like us. I know, whatever i do, my choices are limited. I may end up getting that 2.35 lakhs, but others please take a lession from this.in our great country india, only the rich and the poorest are tension free. The rich have all these kind of nexus to run and the poor don't care of any such thing as they are benefited by all govt. Schemes. People like us, the middleclass always get into such trap and then weep and get sleepless nights. Somewhere i feel, we deserve such things, since we middleclass fail to establish a strong law system against these frauds like bajaj allianz. Be it us or uk or japan, no such company would have dared to do this and if they did, they would end up in jail with a hefty penalty amount. But our great country india, has no such laws or rules, and even if they exist nothing gets implemented. Going to the court doesn't make any sense in india, because i know if i attend a court hearing one day by bunking my office, my job will be at stake and consequences are going to be bad. So better keep quiet.

                        By the way, anybody doubting my claims can have a check as i have listed all details below.in any case, my brothers and sisters, please don't take any policy from bajaj allianz, they are frauds simply frauds.

                          I have purchased samsung led 40" tv at bajaj electronics, habsiguda branch and i have taken extended warranty through bajaj allianz and i am facing display problem in my tv and complained through proper channel the service centre people attended the complaint and took my tv kept for 2 months and not solved my problem, since iam facing again the problem and complaint now the service centre not responding and not rectifying the problem.

                                I have taken sarva shakti suraksha policy of bajaj allianz thorugh citi bank when i am opening my salary account in 2013. Monthly am paying 1500 at that time the agent told like i will get 9% interest and there is no surrender amount also. But now in need of money i have called them they telling you will have penalty on what amount i have paid. They are not even giving the amount that i have paid.in my account it is showing sum assured as 720000. Really will they give the sum assured after maturity. If not i will cancel the account now itself.

                                    I didn't get renewal notice or renewal payment link after contacting concerned person too & later got a message saying policy is expired, which was not expected.. Now bajaj allianz team is not coming up with any right solutions even though after repeated reminders, mails, calls etc.. Please help me, i have email communication records since my first email.                                       Hi,
                                      I'hv take sarva shakti suraksha policy. The agent told me that company will give me 8% interest on premium, but after policy get mature i got lesser than i'hv paid. The agent told me that i will get around 70000 with 5 premium total 50000 investment, when policy gets mature i got only 45000.
                                      I went to bajaj allianz office they are not responding.
                                      This is clear cut fraud their agents are fraud and so do the company it self.
