[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz — Bajaj Allianz Life Policy - Harassment prior to policy & non-cooperation post policy

Your Branch Head at Mangalore Sachin Saphalya and Agent Sandeep have harassed me till I gave them a New Policy in early January 2022. Sandeep even pestered me no end while I was hospitalized for a ortho surgery and trying to cope with my Father's surgery elshwehere. Till he (Sandeep) got the documents for the required policy and the money (INR 2L), there were numerous phone calls, WhatsApp Messages and forcing to visit the home to have an "in-person" meeting when Covid Guidelines were still in place. While I understand they might have been doing their duty, they have no right to force a customer to entertain them at the house or elswhere. When I said, I will come to the office to do the needful, they bluntly refused!

Also, I was to get a Tax Document from them in early February 2022 for the above-mentioned policy number and a refund of INR 13, 500/- but since the policy and bond document was obtained, they neither respond to calls (Sachin attends occasionally), but Sandeep is just not maintaing contact. I have several follow-ups, I am told the document and amount would come to me by May 31, 2022 and still there is no sign of it.

WhatsApp should not be used as a official means of communication in any business! Secondly, I too have been highly aggressive in my follow-up and messages and have all proof of ou communication with Sachin and Sandeep.

They were blatantly refuse to help saying the document is the responsibility of the Govt/Tax Department and not Bajaj Allianz! I have valid proof of Sandeep and Sachin indicating that they will support and patronize till the entire process is accomplished, but they havent.

As a result, I have lost heavily in tax deductions from my monthly payroll from Februray 2022 onwards and your Mangalore office is careless and not willing to help.

I want to CANCEL the entire POLICY w.e.f. and get my full refund of INR 2L, as I am very doubtful of the pathetic and autocratic service from your Mangalore Branch.

This is the 2nd instance I am facing from Sachin since 2016 and I have proof of that case too.
