I have an issue to renival of my health policy of Manipalsigna my policy no[protected]/00/00
My policy start date 22/02/2021
End date 21/02/2022
I have 10 EMI for payment of policy I already pay 9 EMI now when I go for renewal of my policy to Manipalsigna they told me my policy is canceled
They don’t even ask me for my panding only 1 EMI of
No any communication with me and they canceled my policy I have Bajaj health policy from 4 years
And this is 5 th year.
i have all Policy details
Please help me in this issue my policy renewal last date is 21/02/2022 bajajallianz Policy no: 417gzpgo549475
manipalsignz policy no[protected]/00/00.
As I didn’t want to loose my sensitivity as I am holding this policy from 6 years.i can pay if there any charges if company rise

    The product shape mentioned on the pkging is different then what was inside. I am a regular buyer of the specific shape of trunks. This time i was travelling and bought the same size and shape of trunk but when I opened the the product it was of different share and size. I want it to be refunded i[censored] do not take the product back. I went to the store in pune and i was told nothing can be done and if anything possible then for that need tk visit the jaipur store. That is really not right…

      I applied for the term insurance in the company at a premium of 1521/- after medical test company made the counter offer stating that as the person is a diabetic patient company can provide the same plan for high premium which was not affordable for the me, on this I mailed company that I am failed to come to your counter offered premium range, hence, either provide me at the same premium which was earlier offered or cancel the policy. My policy got cancelled in the last week of March, 2022, but the refund was not received by me, hence, I called the customer care of Bajaj Allianz on toll free number which is [protected], after which the executive told me due to some technical issue delay is experienced, your refund will get initated within few days, after receiving no such refund, I called to the same number today, now, the customer care executive told me that the company has deducted the medical expenses, hence, , the money cannot be refunded. I request the authority to please initiate refund, as in the starting of the policy (before meedical test) no such things were informed. This is totally a wrong way . Thanking you in Advance for considering my complaint.

        Bajaj Allianz Life Policy - Harassment prior to policy & non-cooperation post policy

        Your Branch Head at Mangalore Sachin Saphalya and Agent Sandeep have harassed me till I gave them a New Policy in early January 2022. Sandeep even pestered me no end while I was hospitalized for a ortho surgery and trying to cope with my Father's surgery elshwehere.                 I had deposited amount of INR- 1lakh one thousand thirty three only to bajaj alianz as fix term deposit in 20-JAN-2015. Since it has been seven years that I didn't get any policy bond from Bajaj. while asking with insurance executive he always states that bond will come through courier. But no bond received so far...after regular follow ups now it has come to harrashment Please look into the matter and deliever bond to my address.                       My motor insurance policy has expired and I don't want to renew it now. Why the hell are you calling me daily from different numbers many times a day! Contacted you via email at [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in but replying same message by changing sender name to register dnd via link. It says mobile number already exists. After calling you people one said once your policy renews, you won't get any calls! What right do you have to force people to buy your policy by torturing daily! IS THIS HOW YOU SELL YOUR PRODUCTS? You should not TORTURE customers to take Insurance man! This proves that your service is that bad, cheap 3rd class and I don't ever never buy any of your products!                           I have purchased bajaj allianz century plus asset allocation fund, ULIF04528/09/07ASSETALLOC116 dated 13 feb 2008 and I was betrayed by agent.. I guess the whole fund was cheated against everyone I need myoney I invested 49000 and got 37000 in return on29 june 2012

HDFC responded and my HDFC ULIP started on 18/07/2021 and AUTODEBIT is working smoothly.                             Agent of Bajaj Allianze has sold your Insurance No.[protected] & [protected] to my father-in-law who is 83 years old staying at Memari, West Bengal by assuring him full return with interest if he will pay at least two premia. Now I found that what your agent has promised is fake. The agent has given the policy copy after laps of 6 month from the date of issue of the policy. My father-in-law already paid Rs.80, 000/- and Rs.40, 000/- respectively for the above two policies. The policy has been taken in the name of daughter of my father-in-law. They are not able to continue the same policy for such a long period. Please let us know the remedy for the same. We request you to take a strict measure against said agent immediately.

                                I have new car aged 1.5 Years, First Year own damage & Third Party Insurance booked with ICICI. For 2nd year I bought Own Damage Insurance Policy from Bajaj Allianz still 3rd party insurance maintain with ICICI. While purchasing the policy from Bajaj, I have been confirmed by Insurance Agent it is Bumper to Bumper (B2B) with full coverage (Including Add-on).

                                But when I went to showroom to fix own damage issue in my car and raised for claim, I have got around only 55%. When I revert back to agent they are complaining each other and left me alone without any help in this matter and I had to paid remaining 45% amount.

                                Will I get balance refund? And can I get B2B updated policy for rest of the year?

                                  I have an agent code at Bajaj Allianz general insurance from last 3 years. Now I need my NOC as I have got an offer to be an employee in a NBFC. But the company demanding NOC from Bajaj Allianz so that they will provide me offer letter.
