Agent of Bajaj Allianze has sold your Insurance No.[protected] & [protected] to my father-in-law who is 83 years old staying at Memari, West Bengal by assuring him full return with interest if he will pay at least two premia. Now I found that what your agent has promised is fake. The agent has given the policy copy after laps of 6 month from the date of issue of the policy. Bajaj Car Insurance Claim Issue

I have new car aged 1.5 Years, First Year own damage & Third Party Insurance booked with ICICI. For 2nd year I bought Own Damage Insurance Policy from Bajaj Allianz still 3rd party insurance maintain with ICICI. Regarding not getting Agent NOC

I have an agent code at Bajaj Allianz general insurance from last 3 years. Now I need my NOC as I have got an offer to be an employee in a NBFC. But the company demanding NOC from Bajaj Allianz so that they will provide me offer letter.
I have tried everything, contacted every person of Bajaj Allianz to get my NOC but no one is there to guide me.
Kindly help to get my NOC.

Non issuance of policy after premium payment

I am Soham Joshi, and I had paid Rs. 1402 on 10th January 2022 as a premium for a new motor insurance policy for TVS Jupiter 2014.

Not Refunding the Payment

I have been calling, chatting and emailing bajaj since october to refund for a duplicate policy for the same car insured with them. They asked to send a copy of the new policy which apparently is with them only. I emailed them the copy and they didnt do anything. I have emailed them the copy at least 4 times now and i have sent email to their complaints team as well as their level 1 to 5 helpdesk too.
No one seems to care about it...
