[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Check deducted for renewal of policy. But policy not issued

Dear Sir/Madam, I have renewed my BajajAllianz Motor Policy by issuing a check for an amount of RS/18000. BajajAllianz have deducted the amount on May-23-2015. When i ask them for policy cover note after my money have been deducted, their representative asked me for extra amount to be paid as the person who contacted me has put NCB ( I already mentioned that i have made a claim last year). Also, the representative who contacted me has left the company. Could you please help me resolve this and let me know how can i get my policy. Also, i'm not able to use my car because i don't have insurance and if a cop catches it would be a problem to me. Kindly suggest on how can i get my policy immediately Complaint No:[protected].
