Hello mam, I have renewed my individual health policy number OG[protected]-00000079 on 14 feb 2018 . I did not receive my policy documents till now. I am attaching all the new proposal number and unique transaction number in this mail . My registered mobile number is [protected] . Policy is under my name Ajay Singh. It already takes 20 days till now My health policy is not Renewed . I also file a complaint . My complaint number is 71646358 . After complaint it still not renewed .
