Respected Sir/Mam,
I purchase BAJAJ Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited Policy Number ([protected]) product from Axis Bank Branch Manager in January-2021 . At the time of selling policy they promises i will receive benefits against premium. In this policy my payment term will be 5 year from date of Issue and yearly payment. I already paid 2 Premium so total i paid Rs.2, 00, 000/-. In January-2023 I am not able to pay premium so company declared by policy is discontinued and at that time they deducted charges of Rs.12, 700/- in 06-Feb-2023.
I Contact Customer Care Regarding This Charges they told me your policy is discontinued so i asked when i get premium payment of Rs.2, 00, 000/- they told be my money will be transfer in Axis Bank Account (Ac/No. [protected]) after Lock In Complete so i said ok. That's Company Policy to Lock In for 5 Year.
On Date 26-May-2023 after 5 Month of Discontinued Policy. I Made Deposit Money to Bank for Payments my Credit card due and other expenses. In after Just 2 days of deposited Bank Deducted Money of Rs.1, 00, 000/- from my account for Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited.
I Requested to Bank and Also Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited They Both Give Me Unsatisfactory Answers. In Mail Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited i requested to company to reverse unauthorized and discontinued policy premium back they refuses to payment back to me.
I am Salaried Person due to fund issue i am not able to pay premium for Janury-2023 premium they take charges from Policy Value what they want now they again deduct money for January Premium-2023. This is Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited And Axis Bank both are same Responsible for My Loss.
My Request to you sir/mam please do need full in My Problem. My Hope from you Only.
