[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — delay in issuing mediclaim policy for renewal | |||
This is the second year since i purchased. Baja allianz health policy for my sister. The renewal date was 19th october 2018, i visited nearest branch and submitted premium check on 9th october 2018 & the amount was deducted on 15th october 2018. After that i did not receive any notification or hard copy. I contacted customer care as well as personally visited nearest branch even than i am unable to receive satisfactory reply from the company about delay for issuing a policy. Very bad service. Thanks.
