[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Extended Warranty on Hitachi AC | |||||
There is a cooling problem in my Air conditioner and I had lodge a complaint at your customer care cell with complaint number OC[protected] dated 27th February. The technician visited my place on 2nd march and stated that there is leakage in cooling coil and this needs to be replaced. After around 15 days I receive a call from your warranty department that this leakage could not be repaired. Can someone from your team advise, why this leakage is happening every year, you can please check the service records that my AC got repaired every year for this leakage.
