[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz — future gain policy

Hi,
I currently pay premium with a due date on 25th of every month for my future gain policy - [protected]
I had changed the premium payment to auto debit from my debit card from the month of january 2018. However, i paid my january premium manually via the website on january 23rd 2018.
The autodebit feature still checked for the premium on the 25th of january 2018 and found insufficient balance. And a consolidated charges on the same of ₹1100 + ₹198 gst has been deducted from my account because of the same.

Kindly request you to refund the amount asap, as the premium was paid before the due date and it is your fault that the manually paid premium didn’t reflect on you system.

No reply from your side for past 7 months!
