[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz General Insurance — Claim rejected since the isurance is not in my name and RC book is in my name.But with in 14 days of Insurance name transfer accident happened

I purchahsed used car on 1st Aug2015 and RC name transferred on 4th Aug2015.Accident happened on 14th Aug2015 (before Insurance name trasfer but within 14 days of RTO0.but still claim got rejected.Earlier supreme court verdicts and consumer forum cases says it is ok to register for insurance name transfer with in 14 days of RTO transfer.
