[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company — Car Insurance Claim | |||
Hi my Car was totally damaged during flood time. I hold a car insurance with Bajaj Allianz its almost 1 Month after registering the claim and in spite of calling the insurance examiner several times there is no proper response from the insurance side for being a loyal customer for 5 Years i didn't expect these kind of Service from Bajaj Allianz all other insurance companies are reacting soon and helping the client in repairing the vehicles.I would say its a pathetic customer service from Bajaj Allianz i hope Bajaj Allianz should know the meaning of insurance and react to the client need ASAP.
