Dear sir / madam, I am holding baja allianz general insurance company limited’ s health guard policy (Policy no: og[protected]_) for my family since 2007. The sum insured of each person was inr 100000. Last year i have paid premium of inr 6250. This year i have received premium renewal notice with sum insured inr 200000 for each person with premium amount inr 15194. We have never requested for sum insured inr 200000 for each person & i don’t want sum insured inr 200000 for each person as my financial condition is not good & i cannot pay inr 15194 as a premium. I want to continue with the same policy with sum insured inr 100000 for each person. So many time i have requested baja allianz general insurance company limited’ s agent & officer at vadodara office but i have never got any favourable reply. I have waited for due date of policy but nothing happened. I can’t understand how the insurance company double sum insured amount without intimating customer & without any permission from customer. Last year also i have faced the same problem but i have handled at my end and company was agreed on sum insured inr 100000. This year again i have received premium renewal notice with double sum insured & more than double premium which i am not able to pay. It look like they are collecting premium form customer at young age at where there is very less chance of illness & at old age they are doubling the premium and doubling the sum insured, so that customer deny and company taking advantage. It look like they are doing fraud with customer. Request you to look into the same & if possible cancel licence of this kind of fraud insurance company. Was this information helpful? | |||
