[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd — Requires 50% NCB certificate of my policy OG[protected]-00092290

R/S i have online bajaj allianz general insurance policy for my ALTO car since 2016.Now i have sold my Alto car in exchange and i requires 50% NCB certificate, i have contacted to customer care through email 25/12/2021, 26//12/2021, 31/12/2021 11/01/2022 Milind.[protected]@bajajallianz.co.in, Ashish.[protected]@bajajallianz.co.in, Banita.[protected]@bajajallianz.co.in after customer care reply for assistance
and tellyphonicaly, SR ID is 5386899.i also attached policy details and exchange certificate with email as per requirement. But till now i did not get my 50% NCB certificate. Please help me to take benefits of my policy.

I verified my mobile number and email I'd by calling at customer care on dated 20/01/22 .They told me that you would get certificate with in 24-48 hrs but I did not get it till now
