Dear sir,

I send lots of mail to ICICI bank and Bajaj Allianz care. but not resolve
my issue. i register Auto debit mandate account to sbi from icici on dated 4 june 2021. also mail to icici from close my account ( during covid
pandemic) . in this period i pay my emi premium manually from sbi . because of auto debit to sbi is not work.
after that i join my company back to oman. and activate my icici nri
account again ( i mail to icici and activate again )

in the November i start first transaction my salary to icici . after 3-4 days on dated 12 Nov 2021 Debited 590 rupees on 17 times (590x17=10030) without any notification by icici bank. message or mail . i keep this amount for maintain MAB .

for changing my account to sbi on 4 june 2021 i attached a screen shoot.
this is may be Bajaj allianze system or server mistake if not changed mandate account on dated 4 june. this is not my fault. i again try on October 2021 that time changed mandate account to sbi. customer care exicutive also unable to solve why not changed before by website.

Bajaj allianz higher management also aware from my issue but not answering anything .

Mr Tapan singhel (CEO), customer care executive : trpti kakade, ashish gupta, ketki kerkar priyanka gajbhiv etc replying me same answer .

only rounding email and give me SRN number not solved my issue till date. i got SR Number : 98131682, 98000649, 98083001, 4972511 etc

    I did claim for my brother who lost his life due to covid and with all formality now company is not providing full settlement.

    They are saying that due date was 3rd may 2021 for that claim but from may first our total family was suffering with covid.. and after 2 month means on 17th june my brother expired.. and he is doing work from home and after all lockdown and situation get well his wife managed to go to Bangalore work location of his husband then we got all documents and proceeded the last premium also..

    Now company is not considering this ..
    Where is the issue of my brother.
    He is paying all premium in tym but due to covid he is unable to pay and after this lose we paid as discussed with customer care with fine..

    I need total amount any how 2000000.. other wise i will go to court.. this is totally unacceptable..

        They have transferred 12.80 lakh into my account while your executive gave wrong information that amount will be in Experia porta and in future i can withdraw the amount if I will have requirement.

        I already transferred 12.90 lakh into experia portal and want to close the account but Now they are saying the account can not be closed and there is a force close charge and annual charges are there.

              Dear sir

              I gave my car to Prem Motor Gurgaon for repair under Insurance claim. But the person who inspected car who has not respond properly. I am pursuing my case since[protected].

              I am totally handicapped without car and I am unable to attend the office and other business work.

              I want to approve the claim as soon as possible. I have received the claim approval. The main part of car damaged by accident has not been considered. I have save life myself and my family. your representative wants that your life should be damaged then only insurance can be claimed.

              On[protected], I will take my car or will be repaired myself. The bill be submitted to you along with personal loss due to delay in approval of insurance claim and half part approval of claim. I need to be approved all parts and main cause part of accident.

              Please get it approved for all parts of the car inspected by another representative.

                I have raised a request for ownership transfer for my policy and even after 90 days they have not taken any action on that. Now someone has hit my car from back.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I met with an accident on 18/10/21 at 8:45am. In this accident my car is hit from front as well as back side. Insurance company executive who inspected my car, only approved back damage. for front damage is not approving.

                  Explanation is given that Your accident is not relating with damage. I am not satisfied with this explanation. I request him for what is criterion for how you judge the accidental damage which is not clarified by him.

                  My insurance policy no. is OG[protected]-00126940
                  Policy type is zero depreciation.
                  Policy time period 17-Oct-2021 to 16-Oct-2022

                  I have a policy of bajaj allianz from lat 3 years which is also zero depreciation. In last 3 years, i don't claim for a single time. Today when i face this situation, now insurance company is explaining that this damage not relate with accident.

                  I am looking for your kind support to resolve this matter. I hope you will resolve this issue as soon as.

                  I have submit a complain on this portal on 28/10/21.
                  still i am not getting any support from their side. i request you to intervene in this matter.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                      I, Hanuman Singh Gunwal, a senior citizen rather on the right side of 75 yrs submit as under for your kind and sympathetic consideration :
                      1. That I normally stay at Emaar Palm Gardens, Sector 83, Gurgaon (Hr.).
                      2. That my ancestral village is Dholera about 15 km from Narnaul town ( District HQ of District Mohindergarh, Haryana).
                      3. That on Aug.19, 2021 I went to my village for giving Rakhi gifts to my sisters and daughters.
                      4. That on Aug. 20, 2021 I went to village Mohanpur near to Kanina town Distt Mohindergarh where one of my daughters is married .When I was returning to Narnaul I met with an accident near to village Koka which is about 10 kms from Kanina town. The accident was so severe that I was totally baffled and puzzled as what to do.
                      5. That with the help of onlookers I some how contacted a Crane owner who brought the car to Ring Road Honda Sector 18, Gurgaon on Aug..21, 2021.Since then my car is lying at Ring Road Honda pending any directions from Bajaj Allianz, the insurer of the car. The insurance company has got the damaged car surveyed by two surveyors. The surveyors have most probably recommended CTL (constructive total loss) for the damaged vehicle.
                      6. That more than one month has elapsed since the case was referred to the insurance company and I am yet to hear any positive development from their side. Being a senior citizen I may not be able to pursue the case so vigorously.
                      7. That I request you to please help me to avoid this harassment at the hands of the company.
                      I have emailed to various authorities but all in vain.

                        I Rittick Banerjee gave interview under bajaj Allianz and got selected and put my documents to further process for the examination of IRDA but I at last I opted out due to some personal problems my urn no is - ABLI[protected] kindly cancel my registration I haven't selected my exam slot neither I accepted any offer letter kindly look into the matter. This is not a complaint I just want to cancel my registration so that I don't have any future problems with any other insurance company if I work

                            Dear Sir,

                            Shri Sujit Saw from your company approached me and insisted for taking the above policy and I took the policy under the condition that

                            a) I do not have to pay further and It is a onetime payment.

                            b) The investment delivers at least 12 to 16 % interest

                            But after making the payment I waited for one year and was shocked when I noticed that

                            a) The fund value has reduced from 1.5 lakhs to about 1 lakh

                            b) I was asked by another employee of the company that I need to pay Rs. 1.5 lakhs for another period of 7 years. But there is no explanation for the huge loss I had incurred in a short period of ONE YEAR and further I have to incur more LOSSES. WHO WILL INVETS TO GAIN LOSSES.

                            I already lost 1.5 lakh and do not wish to loose further

                            I am very much annoyed with such type of attitude of the company wherein hapless investors are trapped and lured under the guise of attractive wordings, “Future Wealth Gain”, the investor does not know that the wealth gain is for the company and agents, not for investors

                            Please note that the fund value has drastically reduced and that further instead of getting 12.5% to 16 % gain, I was straight away loosing 50k, i.e straight away loss of 50%.

                            Please do stop cheating by your company and looting hapless investors. Please return me money under this and other policy which is attached herewith.

                              I had taken a Sony TV on EMI as there were some offers on 2011 world cup only on EMI. And that was from Bajaj Alliaz.

                              And since then I keep getting few calls every week. I'm not interested in taking any loan. Period. Stop harassing me. Its unnecessary stress that they are creating. I can't keep explaining each and every tellicallers that please remove my number from your database. I do not need a loan. And they call from different numbers all the time, i can't keep marked all numbers as block listed. Will fill my phone book with such numbers.

                              One of their executive asked for money to remove my number from their database.

                              Don't know how the system works in India, Where the customer are treated like this. Please remove my number from your database [protected].

                                Regarding a policy#[protected] transaction of 6000 INR on 17.04.2021 with authorization no#160829 and the amount was claimed by Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Pune as per Indusind bank Credit card statement. Bajaj Allianz denied about such transaction and they rejected complaint raised with them for reversal of 6000 INR. The complaint was raised through emailing to bajaj allianz customer care. Indusind bank customer care confirmed the Bajaj Allianz was claimed the amount.

                                The email subject along with case ID details is as below.

                                I submitted my original Indusind credit card statement with Bajaj Allianz which is showing there was transaction on 17.04.2021 of 6000 INR and merchant is Bajaj Allianz Life Pune. The amount got debited from my indusind bank credit card. I got confirmation from Indusind bank, Bajaj Allianz Life Pune only claimed the amount, so the 6000 INR was not a dispute transaction and the amount not credited back to my account. Bajaj Allianz collected all relevant information and after that without explaining anything to me, they simply denied to reverse the amount back to my account. I raised several case ID with them, but no action was taken. I mentioned all case ID along with this complaint and also I raised complaint with IRDA. Still issue is not resolved.

                                  On 11th March 2018 I purchased a TV and on that day itself I took an extended warranty for 3 years from Bajaj Finserv. The display of my TV stopped working and I lodged a claim on 16th August 2021. Subsequently your representative visited my home. He thoroughly checked the working of my TV and informed me that the LED panel had to be replaced. After that nobody has seriously attended the grievance. After contacting your representative several times, I got the information that they have uploaded an estimate and are waiting for approval from Bajaj team. He also assured me that once the estimate is approved, Bajaj will repair my TV without much delay. After this I did not receive any update for a few days. On 25th Aug I contacted you on your toll free number[protected] to know the status of my claim. After this I received a call from your technician and he informed me that you have placed an order for the replacement part and are waiting for the part to arrive. I again contacted you on 28th and 30th Aug to get an update. Your representative said that one technician will contact me in 24hrs to give me an update. I waited for 3 days, but did not receive any call from your side. Consequently I had to contact you again on your toll free number on 2nd September. Everytime I contact you on your toll free number, I have to wait till my call is connected, explain each and everything again and again, give my policy number, claim number, model number and so on to get an update. Your customer care representative gave me the number of Area manager Nitu Prasad and asked me to contact her for an update. I contacted her that day itself and she also asked me to wait for 24hrs. I had to contact her again the next day because there was no response after this. She connected my call to a technician who was a washing machine technician and said that it was a mix-up. Next day one technician contacted me and said that there was a delay in receiving spare part and said that he will cent percent repair my TV within 4-5 days.I believed and waited again.
                                  On 9th Sep I tried to contact Ms. Nitu Prasad because there was no response from your side. I called her number 5 times but she was just cancelling my calls. I did not have any other option but to contact your toll free number again and to go through everything once again. This time they gave me a contact number of another Area Manager, Mr.Vishal Bhopale. I contacted him and explained my issue to him. Afterwards I received a call from one of your technicians and he said that my TV is non-repairable and I can opt for total loss or cash loss options.
                                  I contacted Mr. Vishal to know how Bajaj calculates total loss and cash loss as it did not match with any of my calculations and I felt it was a bit on the lower side. He sent me the calculation but I was not satisfied by it. So, I went to your website (https://www.bajajfinserv.in/extended-warranty-tv) to check your procedure you follow if a TV under warranty is non-repairable. On your website it said - 'The CPP will replace your TV unit with a TV with similar specifications and price range if the damage to the appliance is beyond repair' . I contacted Vishal to know why replacement was not applicable for my TV. He avoided my question and said that he had already mailed me the total loss details and asked me to contact him only if I am OK with your conditions. He did not even have the patience to hear me out. I was not at all happy with the way Bajaj handled my issue and I wanted to speak to a senior manager. I contacted your toll free number last on 13th September and explained my issue to your representative. She assured me that one of the senior officer will contact me within 10-15 minutes. I waited for more than an hour for the call. As usual no one contacted me. I contacted your customer care one last time. This time they gave me the number of third level Area Manager, one Mr. Sanskar. I tried his number 9 times from two different phones. He did not pickup.
                                  Is this your worry free service? You are requested to repair/replace it within 5 days. We have already complained in IRDAI, if it is further delayed, we will strongly expedite the process with them.
