My son vikas shetty agent[member] Modi Care company whose Mca number93941572[93941573]. he was expired on[protected] accidently while swimming. we submit insurance claim form with all necessary records once in the month of august 2013.same was returned by modi care mysore office due to not submitted the translated F I R report[kannada to english].After that we once again resubmitted to Modi Care office on[protected]. But till today we are not received any reply from MODI CARE OR BAJAJ ALLIANZ GENERAL INS. CO. LTD. Kindly look in to the matterand reply to the same. thanking you [JAYA SHETTY] Fater of VIKAS SHETTY
