[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — have not received 2 of my renewed policies | |||
I renewed 2 policies, 1 for my 2-wheeler in may 2017, and for by 4-wheeler in early dec 2017.in both cases - after online payment, there was a problem in the portal while generating policy certificates. I've tried many times to dwnld but no success. I've sent many emails to customercare explaining the issue, but no reply. The toll free number is not reachable. I've been your customer for 10 yrs & now i'm forced to change the insurer from next year due to this extremely un-professional conduct. Was this information helpful? | |||
